Neurosurgery is an active peer-reviewed medical journal published monthly by Oxford University Press. Launched in 1955, it is the official journal of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and publishes research on clinical and experimental neurosurgery.

Each issue features original articles covering the very latest developments in science, technology, and medicine in the field of neurosurgery. It also contains human clinical studies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, as well as international perspectives on neurosurgical practice. Additional supplement issues are also produced detailing proceedings of annual meetings and conferences, or dedicated to a particular topic of interest. 

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 2003 and 2007.
